Irish Formations uses the fastest system possible. Below is a timeline in Working Days to get your company formed. THis example is only relevant to Non-Resident Director packages, and does not apply to Accountants packages.
- You fill in the information on our site at 10am
- We email forms for you to sign same day if all the information is complete.
- You get your forms signed by Directors and Shareholders and you post them to us.
- We check the forms when they arrive and process them.
- Your company is formed 5 days later although this could be as little as 2 days.
